The handbook provides basic information on the state and local budgets of Mongolia, budget information channels, how budgets are formed and distributed, as well as simple methods of budget analysis for children, together with some simple exercises.
Given the tools and knowledge to exercise their rights, identify problems, participate in decision making processes, and have their opinions heard, children are developing themselves to becoming active citizens of society.
