BSAF’s Alternative Report on the implementation of UNCRC in Bangladesh 2001-2006

This report – submitted by the Bangladesh Shishu Adhikar (Child Rights) Forum, an apex body of 133 NGOs working for promoting and protecting child rights in Bangladesh since 1990 – provides supplementary information on Bangladesh’s third and fourth periodic report on the implementation of the UNCRC. It covers topics including access to education, child labour policies, sexual exploitation of children, data on trafficked children, child access to justice and governance, birth registration for single parents, cultural programs, media initiatives, and the status of adoption law.
