Save the Children Bhutan,Save the Children International
In Bhutan, Save the Children was established in 1982. Over the last 40 years, Save the Children has been working in partnership with the government and local Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in the key areas of Child Education, Protection, and Health, to serve the most vulnerable and marginalized children and their families. Our work is guided by the Global 2030 Ambition, the country strategic plan, and the government’s five-year plan priorities. In 2024, our programs directly benefitted 23,028 children of the total 229,7031 children in Bhutan.
Save the Children Bhutan (SC Bhutan) is thankful to the Royal Government of Bhutan, the CSOs, and other stakeholders for the opportunity to collaborate and partner on priority areas concerning children in Bhutan.
