Children and adults alike experience trauma in the face of disasters such as floods. In response to the devastating floods that affected communities in Nkhotakota district during the 2025/2026 rainfall season, the ECHO-funded ARISE project organized therapeutic games to help children share their experiences and cope with their trauma through play. This story captures some experiences that children faced.
