Across the world, psychosocial support, family tracing, reunification, education and other services are crucial to keeping children safe. In many areas, the majority of these services are being delivered by local authorities and civil society organizations. Therefore, strengthening localization is an opportunity to improve access, quality and efficiency of child protection services. 
This document presents a conceptual framework for localization in protection and education coordination as well as key goals for 2018 and 2019.
