This subsequent baseline survey was conducted under the Entrepreneurship-focused Socioemotional Skills for the Most Vulnerable Youth in rural Mongolia project (2019-2025) and assesses the entrepreneurship-focused socioemotional skills and mindset (ESEL) of the children and youth across 29 rural areas of 5 provinces in Mongolia. The baseline gauges not only the current situation prior to the implementation of the ESEL training program, but also builds evidence that will be used as a basis for further project evaluations within the frame of the project.
