Save the Children Rwanda
The Zero Out-Of-School Children (ZOOSC) baseline study aims to gather detailed data on out-of-school children, identify factors contributing to non-enrolment and dropout and generate recommendations to ensure school-aged children are enrolled and retained in schools. The study covers all 30 districts across the country of Rwanda, on analysing socio-economic factors that contribute to Out-Of-School Children (OOSC), assessing Knowledge, Attitude and Practice (KAP) of caregivers and the approaches to curb the causes of OOSC in primary education in Rwanda. This study will inform policy and programmatic interventions, guiding efforts to improve the primary educational access and retention of OOSC.
