Away from home – Protecting and supporting children on the move

This report looks at children who move and the different ways that mobility affects children’s lives. It calls for a better understanding of the variety of circumstances, the different reasons and purposes for movement, and the characteristics of children themselves. The report aims to engage policy-makers and others working for more effective child protection in considering a new framework for looking at this particularly vulnerable but largely invisible group of children.
