An Assessment of the Social, Cultural and Institutional Factors that Contribute to Sexual Abuse of Persons with Disabilities in East Africa

The aim of this research report was to investigate the social, cultural and institutional factors that contribute to the high incidence of sexual abuse of persons with disabilities in East Africa and to identify interventions that could change these detrimental factors that perpetuate sexual violence against persons with disabilities.
