A training manual for the children and young people who survived the Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami disaster of December 2004. It serves as a practical guide for those who work with the children and adolescents who returned to Sweden and Norway after the earthquake and tsunami hit Southeast Asia. This training manual is largely aimed at professionals working with children, experts in trauma care or in the field of child and youth psychiatry, student care, etc. The tsunami caused significant psychological trauma and increased the number of children in need of psychosocial support. Thus, the manual has been designed with their needs in mind.
