Adults First! An organisational training for adults on children’s participation. Cambodia 2004

Adults First! is a book that describes a typical organisational training on children’s participation, run by Save the Children Sweden for the Cambodian non-governmental organisation, Child Rights Foundation. The book explains the training activities used in the workshop. Children’s participation rights demand that adults listen to children, understand them and take action based on what children say. Adults often need to encourage children to participate and provide opportunities for them to do it. The training workshop took place in Sihanoukville, Cambodia, 6–9 December 2004.
