ACCRA adaptive capacity framework consultation version

This document is the consultation version of the Africa Climate Change Resilience Alliance (ACCRA)’s adaptive capacity framework. It intends to serve as a conceptual tool for research existing disaster risk reduction, social protection and livelihoods programme interventions, as well as for a range of purposes such as mainstreaming, design or evaluation, in a number of different contexts. The present version has been developed in consultation with governments, civil society members and ACCRA members’ policy and programming work in Ethiopia, Uganda and Mozambique.
