The Accountability to Children and Communities Yearly Report 2025 reviews Save the Children Lebanon’s accountability practices and community feedback mechanisms across its programmes and operational areas during 2025. The report analyses 31,245 feedback entries, with the online form (60%) and helpline (28%) serving as the primary reporting channels and records a 100% resolution rate. Most feedback (84%) comprised requests for assistance, particularly in Food Security and Livelihoods and Shelter, while positive feedback accounted for approximately 10%. The findings demonstrate strong community engagement and generally positive perceptions of programme safety, relevance and responsiveness, while identifying gaps in child participation, demographic representation, accessibility and consistency across feedback channels and locations. The report recommends strengthening child-friendly and inclusive feedback mechanisms, harmonising accountability data collection, expanding outreach to underrepresented groups and areas, and improving information sharing to ensure community feedback more systematically informs programme learning and improvement.
